“I Felt Hopeless” – Beauty Tukura Opens Up on Shame, Pressure and Online Bullying

Beauty Tukura

Beauty Tukura opened up emotionally in a new interview as she reflected on the difficult period surrounding her breakup with Neo. She revealed that the intense public scrutiny made her feel hopeless, explaining that the backlash on social media felt overwhelming.

“Honestly, the heat was too much,” she said. “It felt like nothing I said would make sense because everyone just wanted to crucify me like Jesus. It was a lot… it was very hard. The problem I have with people on Twitter is that they don’t give room for growth. They forget that life is ever‑changing people evolve, people learn, and people make mistakes.”

Beauty shared that during that period, she couldn’t bring herself to face her parents because of the shame she felt. “My parents were trying to see me, but I was too ashamed. They know I’m very emotional, so they knew I was somewhere breaking down. They kept sending messages of love to remind me that I’m loved at home.”

She admitted that the pressure pushed her to a very dark place. “I was thinking of ending it all. I almost k+lled myself… strangers who don’t know me were judging me based on one mistake. As much as many people were insulting me and pushing narratives, there were still a few who sent love and support, and that helped me through.”

Beauty described that phase as the lowest moment of her life, but added that since overcoming it, she has chosen to focus on love and healing.
