Wife of the detained IPOB leader, Nnamdi Kanu, has expressed strong displeasure over what she described as unprofessional and insensitive conduct by those close to her husband following his reported transfer to a correctional facility in Sokoto State.
According to her, information confirming Kanu’s arrival at the prison only reached her about three hours earlier, yet individuals who visited him failed to brief her, choosing instead to rush to social media to publicize the development.
She issued a stern warning, calling for more “civilised and professional” behaviour.
If you all do not sit up and behave in a civilized and professional manner, I will stress you with my ‘stress’ and I promise you, you will be stressed. Enough of your theatrics. Be warned!” she said.
