‘I’m Alive — Netanyahu Dismisses Rumors in Briefing on Iran Operation

Benjamin Netanyahu

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has addressed the public in a fresh press conference today, March 19, 2026, providing updates on ongoing military actions and firmly dismissing circulating rumors about his condition.

Opening his remarks, Netanyahu stated:

“First of all, I just want to say: I’m alive, and you’re all witnesses.”

He described earlier reports as “fake news” before proceeding to outline details of Operation Roaring Lion, a coordinated military effort involving Israel and the United States.

Netanyahu credited Donald Trump for what he called “visionary leadership,” stating that both nations are acting “with great determination and unprecedented strength” in Iran.

Key Objectives of the Operation:

Removal of Iran’s nuclear threat

Elimination of ballistic missile capabilities

Creating conditions for the Iranian people to “grasp their freedom”

He further accused the Iranian leadership of decades-long hostility, citing chants of “Death to America” and “Death to Israel,” while also claiming the regime oppresses its own citizens.

According to his briefing, Israeli forces have already targeted critical Iranian infrastructure, including radar systems and drone facilities, and have carried out operations against key figures.

Netanyahu emphasized that the military campaign is ongoing and coordinated closely with the United States, while warning that misinformation and propaganda are being spread amid the conflict.
