Incomplete Metering: Gov Obiano Warns Petrol Stations Management

The Anambra State Government has issued a Stern warning to petrol stations operators across the state that it will begin to enforce stringent measures against petrol stations who  use incomplete meter while dispensing fuel to the citizens.

*Governor Willie Obiano speaking through his SSA on Petroleum and Union Matters, Hon Comr Peter Nwosu,* following series of complaint received from Anambraians over some filling stations whose metering are not complete stated that henceforth, Any petrol station that short changes the citizens will be meet with stringent measures.

The Government of Anambra State has therefore advised Anambraians to always watch the metering while buying fuel from any Petrol Station and where there is doubt or Complain, such citizens should not hestitate to call *08066382000.*

The Government of Anambra State is prioritising the welfare of it’s Citizens and will not fold it’s hand and watch it’s citizens suffer unjustly in the hands of the greedy few who make profit at the expense of it’s Citizens.

All Petrol Stations are therefore advised to toe the path if Honour by ensuring that their metering is complete as the state government will not hestitate to bring errant petrol station operators to book.

His Excellency, Governor Willie Obiano is working hard to make Anambra State a standard and therefore enjoins all Anambraians to put the interest of the citizens above Personal interest.
