ITC Management Recovers More Vehicles

In furtherance of the recovery mantra of the Gov. Hope Uzodimma administration in Imo State and the charge handed down to the Hon. Onyekachi Ibezim led Interim Management Committee (IMC) of the Imo Transport Company (ITC), the committee has embarked on intensive recovery of all properties of the companies deployed to use elsewhere, other than for the service of the company and the state.

Today, the company recovered two Toyota Hiace buses from Mountain Crest Schools, Owerri. The records available to the Committee shows that these vehicles rightly belong to the company.

The Chairman of the IMC, of ITC, Hon. Onyekachi Ibezim has urged everyone in possession of the company’s properties to quietly return same as the committee does not intend to make enemies with anyone nor do they intend to allow personal or party affiliation interfere with the discharge of their duties.

It could be recalled that the committee within one week of assumption of office recovered two coaster buses abandoned in far away Benin City, Edo state, for over 3 years and are currently fixing the vehicles in readiness for the yuletide rush.
