The wife of Cross River lawmaker Ovat Dickson Agbor, who was recently suspended amid assault allegations, has denied the claims circulating online.
She described the reports as either AI-generated or an attempt to tarnish her husband’s reputation ahead of upcoming elections.
In a viral video, she stated, “Nothing of such happened. What has been online over the past three to four days is false. It is either Ai or they want to use thst to blackmail my husband”.
She added that some people might be trying to use the allegations to blackmail her husband.
“You know election is by the corner so many they want to use thst to bring him down. You can see I’m fine, no marks on my face.”
