Global superstar Jennifer Lopez is shutting down any backlash surrounding Bad Bunny’s upcoming Super Bowl Halftime Show, affectionately dubbed the “Benito Bowl.”
Speaking with Entertainment Tonight at the premiere of her new project, Kiss of the Spider Woman, Lopez expressed full support for the Puerto Rican music sensation, who famously appeared alongside her and Shakira during their iconic 2020 Super Bowl performance.
“Whatever he does, it’s going to be amazing,” Lopez said. “I support everything that he does. He is an amazing, one-of-a-kind artist, one-of-a-kind person in this world who can move the needle the way he has.”
Lopez also shared her pride in seeing Bad Bunny take center stage, celebrating his representation of Puerto Rico on one of the world’s biggest platforms.
“I am so proud that he is going to be representing all Puerto Ricans at the Super Bowl. For me, this is just a dream.”
When asked whether fans might see her join Bad Bunny on stage as a surprise guest, JLo didn’t rule it out.
“You know what? If Bad Bunny would want me, I would of course love to be there,” she teased with a smile.
