An eyewitness in Katsina State has revealed an unusual twist in a kidnapping incident after bandits reportedly abducted several villagers and demanded ₦100 million ransom per victim. In retaliation, villagers allegedly abducted family members of the bandits.
According to the eyewitness, the standoff lasted three days before the bandits released all the villagers they had earlier kidnapped.
