A man who intended to donate ₦100,000 to a church was left stunned after mistakenly transferring ₦1 million — and the pastor refused to return the ₦900,000 balance.
When the donor reached out to request a refund, the pastor reportedly replied, “Money given to Jesus is non-refundable.”
Frustrated, the man contacted the police. Officers visited the church, but the pastor stood firm, allegedly saying, “Go to court and collect it — this is a spiritual matter.”
