Businesswoman and estranged wife of Nollywood actor Yul Edochie, May Yul-Edochie, has filed a lawsuit against US-based Yinka Theisen, the former partner of actor Linc Edochie.
According to legal documents, May is demanding N1.5 billion in compensation for alleged defamation of character, cyberbullying, and cyberstalking. She is also seeking a public apology to be published across all of Yinka Theisen’s social media platforms within 48 hours of receiving the suit.
Her lawyers warned that failure to comply with the demands could trigger both civil and criminal proceedings against the US-based defendant.
