Nigeria Doesn’t Have a President — Nigerian Soldier Claims

Nigerian Soldier

An individual claiming to be a Nigerian soldier has expressed deep frustration over the rising attacks on military personnel and what he described as the government’s “silence” in the face of worsening insecurity.

In a viral message shared on social media, the alleged soldier said the continuous loss of troops to terrorist attacks has left many in the military demoralized. He further criticized political leaders for allowing their children to study abroad while Nigerian soldiers face daily threats on the frontlines.

“Nigeria doesn’t have a President. I’m tired of the Nigerian Army. Politicians should bring their children schooling abroad to come and join the military,” the soldier alleged. “These terrorists are killing soldiers every day, yet the government remains silent. Get ready, it will soon get to everyone, especially the President.”

The statement has sparked widespread reactions online, with many Nigerians calling for urgent reforms and better protection for security operatives battling insurgency and banditry across the country.
