The payment of minimum wage will erase parity that had existed between federal and state civil servant in Enugu state who are common patronizers of commodity market but had different economic powers.

It is also our appeal for your kind consideration of special salary scale for media workers in the state in view of hazards and peculiar challenges in the discharge of their duties.

The NUJ in the state will continue to show cooperation to the state government in it’s discharge of duties and provision of critical infrastructure.
