The Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Police Command has announced an immediate ban on the use of tinted glasses on vehicles in a bid to combat increasing criminal activities, including “one chance” operations.
FCT Police Commissioner Olatunji Disu disclosed the directive, urging vehicle owners with tinted glasses to remove them to avoid having their vehicles impounded.
“This measure is part of our strategy to address the rising incidents of criminal activities in the FCT. We are appealing to the public to comply with this directive promptly,” Disu stated.
