Rev. Sister Annastasia Kinse has confirmed her dismissal from the Congregation of Mother of Perpetual Help of the Archangels Sisters after she publicly alleged that some Catholic priests were engaging in immoral acts among themselves.
In a statement released on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, Sister Kinse revealed that she received a dismissal letter dated July 21, 2025. According to her, upon arrival at the convent, she found her personal belongings already packed outside and her religious habit taken away.
She disclosed that she was given a token of ₦100,000 and is no longer in possession of any property belonging to the Congregation.
Despite the dismissal, Sister Kinse expressed deep gratitude to those who supported her during the ordeal, saying their prayers and encouragement meant more than words could convey.
“Who no get person, get God. I am a Catholic, and I love my Church! Above all, I place my trust in God, whose throne can never be shaken and who never abandons His own,” she wrote.
