Former presidential candidate, Omoyele Sowore, and a Senior Advocate of Nigeria SAN, clashed inside a courtroom this morning after Sowore stood up to hold a press briefing inside the courtroom where a matter involving him was being heard.
The judge was not on seat when the pressmen accosted Sowore for a word before the proceedings commence. The SAN however kicked against it saying the court room is not an appropriate place for Sowore to hold a press conference. Sowore however resisted, arguing that no law bars him from speaking to the press inside a courtroom.
