The Onishe of Ubulu-Uku Kingdom, High Chief James Asika Onwordi Ibori Ubulu, has praised President Bola Tinubu for restoring Nigeria’s old glory.
He attributes the influx of Nigerians and non-Nigerians into the country to Tinubu’s policies, citing the current peace and development in Nigeria as major attractions.
According to the Onishe, he witnessed firsthand the influx of people at the Abuja airport, and it’s clear that Nigeria is back on track.
“Everybody wants to spend this festive season in Nigeria because Tinubu has restored our glory,” he said.
“Africans and non-Africans are arriving in Nigeria to enjoy this festive period.
The best place to be is Nigeria.”
He contrasted the current situation with the past, saying people were previously fleeing the country, but now they’re flocking in.
“Unlike before when people were running away from Nigeria, today we are all witnessing the rush of people into Nigeria.
Just the same way our roads were secured by President Tinubu last last year festive celebrations, this year should also be secured and Nigerians won’t forget his concerns towards Nigerians “ he noted.
The Onishe expressed his optimism about Nigeria’s future under Tinubu’s leadership, stating, “I wish in 2027, nobody will run against Tinubu considering what he has done.”
He concluded by appreciating Tinubu for ensuring that Nigerians enjoyed this festive season, saying it’s a testament to his commitment to the country’s development.
