Tribunal: Oh Yes, Anambra No Be Imo, A Reply To APGA’s Failed Emotional Blackmail

…Imo is Imo and Anambra is Anambra

Before court replaced a governor in Imo state, Court had already removed two elected governors in Anambra State (Ngige and Uba) and APGA benefited from those two incidents.

On, how can someone INEC announced third be made governor?
My answer:
When Court removed Ngige and replaced him with APGA candidate, was Obi of APGA the announced winner by INEC? No!

In fact, APGA and Obi went to court to fault the score and position given to their candidate by the INEC same way Andy Uba is in the court faulting the score and position allocated to him by INEC.

We witnessed APGA benefiting from the removal of two elected governors in Anambra State through Courts and it happened before court removed a governor in Imo State.

We witnessed as court removed Senator representing Anambra Central in December 2015 and APGA benefited.

We witnessed as court removed member of House of Reps representing Anaocha/Dunukofia/Njikoka in two different occasions and APGA benefited from those two incidents.

So if court alter INEC declaration that made APGA candidate, the governor elect, APGA will move on just like their victims has been doing for years.

When INEC placed Ngige as a winner, APGA faulted it and won in the court.

When INEC declared Andy Uba winner in 2007, APGA faulted it and won in the court.

When INEC declared Dr Okey Eze as the winner of Dunukofia/Njikoka/Anaocha Fed House of Reps in 2015, APGA faulted it and won in Court.

When INEC declared Val Ayika winner in 2019, APGA faulted it and won.

In 2021, INEC declared APGA candidate as the winner of the Anambra governorship election and we are faulting that declaration in the court and hoping to win the same way APGA has been winning in various courts.

Today, APGA that is the biggest beneficiary of upturning of INEC declaration in various Courts is crying and building failed emotional narrative against Andy Uba for toeing the APGA’s age long Judicial route.

Oh yes, we are in court to win.

Indeed, Anambra is not Imo!
