U.S. President Donald Trump has once again spoken out against the ongoing killing of Christians in Nigeria, reaffirming his commitment to defend persecuted Christians worldwide. In a renewed statement, Trump described the situation in Nigeria as a “mass slaughter” carried out by radical Islamists, noting that thousands have lost their lives.

Trump reiterated his earlier declaration of Nigeria as a “country of particular concern,” urging Congressman Riley Moore, Chairman Tom Cole, and the House Appropriations Committee to urgently investigate the crisis. He stressed that immediate action is needed, adding that the U.S. “cannot stand by while such atrocities are happening.”

Reaffirming his strong stance, Trump said the United States stands “ready, willing, and able” to protect Christian communities globally, insisting that “the killing of Christians is not going to happen.”
