Media personality and publisher, Dele Momodu, has addressed ongoing concerns surrounding the child custody situation between Afrobeats star Davido and businesswoman Sophia Momodu, assuring the public that efforts are being made to resolve the matter privately.
Momodu, who is currently in Liberia, disclosed that he traveled to commiserate with former Vice President Jewel Howard-Taylor over the passing of her only child, Charles Philip Neilson Taylor Jr..
According to him, since arriving in Liberia, he has been inundated with messages from fans of Davido and supporters of Sophia Momodu, many urging him to intervene in the reported dispute.
He revealed that a concerned fan, identified as a fashion designer, reached out asking him to step in and help settle the “quarrels.”
Responding to the appeals, Momodu reassured the public that there is no cause for alarm.
“Nothing to worry about. Everything is going to be alright. We are working behind the scenes. Please keep everyone in your prayers,” he said.
