Where the is no Vision, people perish, the first responsibility of our leaders is to define reality because when you have define reality that shows you have the capacity to translate vision into reality, because before you become a leader success was all about growing yourself and when you become a leader, success is all about growing others.
I think you should check yourselves have I translate such to my instinct?
Have I translate or build personality beyond it’s normal limitation as a leader?
Am with the view that as leaders you should have start with the premise function of producing more leaders not more followers.
We should define your leadership by Results not attributes.
Our society would have been different if you have vision because progress occurs when courageous, skillful leaders seize the opportunity to change things for the betterment of her society.
The very essence we make you lead us is because we thought you had vision to articulate clearly and fulfill vision from passion not position.
Nothing smacks of poor representation like lack of performance, nobody is perfect, but if you consistently failed you lack vision you are not leaders, you don’t understand the concept of service if you can’t think above self abundance and ego, pride and arrogance, you lack focus that’s why you fail and also fail your team.
You should have think as vision leaders to pull the future forward which will in turn be more concerned about survival, focused on leading change and innovation to keep our nation growing.
As vision less leaders or miss leaders you invest in the business of I, me and myself which shows the direction of your character.
Finally I submit to our youths to be more focused on building much capacity to be better leaders with vision of not doubting that small group of thoughtful, concerned citizens can change the nation one day.
