The groom, Chuck Nwapa, is the son of Dr. Ernest Nwapa, the pioneer Executive Secretary and Chief Executive Officer of the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB), while the bride is the daughter of Mazi Chukwu Francis Ukoh, a former Labour Party presidential aspirant in Nigeria.
