The African Presidnet of the Worls college of Mayors Dr Charles Omini has called on leaders in the continent to rise to the challenges in Leadeship and security challenges in the continent .
Speaking in Port Harcourt the Rivere State capital Omini blamed the suffering among African countries to be as a result of poor resource management and hight level of impunity and corruption at all levels of those in governance.
He further advised the leaders on the continent to declare a state of emergency on economic policies and programmes that will strengthen the collapsing economy in Africa.
