Prof. Chukwuma Soludo of Anambra says he supports second term bid of president Bola Tinubu.
According to Soludo, President Tinubu has been his long time friend and ally, hence he cannot possibly deny him the opportunity to run in 2027, especially banking on his economic and structural reforms initiated so far.
The Anambra governor who spoke to State House Correspondents, shortly after a private meeting with the President at the state house in Abuja on Tuesday, noted that he adopted kinetic and non kinetic approach in addressing insecurity in his state, part of which entails social empowerment of citizens in the state.
He said the holistic approach to solving insecurity has seen the once thriving native doctors aiding criminality scampering out of the state.
On the endorsement of a President who is in opposing party, APGA, Soludo said, he and his administration have been supportive of the president ever since he began his reforms and policies towards improving the country’s development.
The Governor also he discussed other important issues relating to the development of his state and the country in general.
