Oviri Olomu Women Cry Out Over Insecurity, Seek Government Intervention

Women of the Oviri Olomu community in Ughelli South Local Government Area of Delta State have raised a distress call over the alarming rise in attacks by suspected Fulani herdsmen.

In a heartbreaking outcry, they lamented that their husbands are being k!lled, their women råp€d, and they can no longer access their farmlands for fear of being attacked.

“We can’t go to the farm anymore,” one woman tearfully said, calling on the Delta State Government and security agencies to urgently intervene and restore peace and safety in the area.
