The Action Peoples Party (APP) Senatorial Candidate for Anambra South, Chief Onyemelukwe Eusebius Zonyelu, has expressed deep appreciation to his supporters, party stakeholders, and the people of the senatorial district following the recently concluded by-election held on August 16, 2025.
In a statement released from his campaign office in Aguata, Chief Onyemelukwe described the commitment of his supporters as “remarkable,” noting that their trust and confidence in his leadership have continued to inspire him.
“I extend my heartfelt gratitude for your unwavering support throughout the recent senatorial by-election. Despite the challenges we encountered, your enthusiasm and dedication to our cause have been truly remarkable,” he said.
The APP candidate emphasized that the journey to reposition Anambra South requires unity and resilience, pledging to remain steadfast in his vision of service rooted in diligence, integrity, and accountability.
He further acknowledged the role of party stakeholders in guiding and strengthening his campaign, stressing that his political aspirations are centered on advancing the welfare and development of the people.
