President Bola Tinubu’s Chief of Staff, Femi Gbajabiamila, has warned those allegedly using his name to defraud or spread false information about him to desist, saying the law will eventually catch up with them.
Gbajabiamila issued the warning while speaking at the 2026 Gbaja Mega Empowerment Programme in Lagos, where he addressed what he described as attacks and attempts to undermine his work.
The Chief of Staff said no amount of money, threats, blackmail or false information would prevent him from carrying out the responsibilities entrusted to him by President Tinubu.
He also reaffirmed his loyalty to the president, acknowledging that there had been occasions when Tinubu’s political decisions did not align with his personal preferences.
According to him, such disagreements never made him question Tinubu’s leadership or betray the trust placed in him.
Gbajabiamila maintained that his loyalty to the president had remained consistent over the years and would continue despite criticism or attempts to discredit him.
He urged those involved in what he described as attacks against him to be mindful of the consequences of their actions, stressing that anyone who uses his identity to deceive others would eventually face the law.
