The Kaduna State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP )has rejected the results of the August 16, bye-elections held in Basawa, Zaria Kewaye, and Chikun/Kajuru Federal House of representative.

Sir Edward Percy Masha chairman of the party in kaduna state, disclosed this in a statement, he expressed appreciation to voters who turned out to support the PDP despite what it described as a climate of intimidation and irregularities.

The PDP also commended its stakeholders for their roles before, during, and after the polls, noting that their dedication had further strengthened the party and deepened the loyalty of its supporters across the state.

Edward however, condemned what it called the desperation of the failed Uba Sani-led government on behalf of the party, accusing APC of deploying gestapo and commando tactics to tilt the process in favour of the ruling All Progressives Congress candidates during the bye elections.
