Late former President, Muhammadu Buhari’s granddaughter, Halima Amira Junaid, is set to wed Walid Shehu Mauzu in Kaduna State.
Halima is the daughter of Nana Hadiza, who got married to former Attorney-General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami (SAN) a few years ago.
Hadiza is Buhari’s daughter from a previous marriage and now the third wife to the AGF. She was previously married to Junaid and has six children.
Halima and Walid’s wedding fatiha will take place on August 30, 2025.
Several prewedding ceremonies, including the bridal soiree, Kamu, and grand dinner.
Other members of the former first family were conspicuously absent at the event.
