After more than a quarter century of rivalry, rapper Ja Rule tweeted that he wants to end his long-running feud with 50 Cent — but 50 Cent responded with a blunt refusal that reignited the social-media exchange.
In a post on X (formerly Twitter), Ja Rule wrote that his feud with 50 Cent “started back in 1999 we’ve both been petty as hell but today I’m done. I’m a grown man with kids now, and this beef has to end.” The tweet quickly circulated across social platforms.
50 Cent replied on the same platform with a confrontational message: “Nah, this ain’t over. Our beef lasts till death do us part. I’ll be doing the crip dance on your grave.” The exchange has since been shared widely by fans and entertainment accounts.
The Ja Rule–50 Cent rivalry dates back to the late 1990s and escalated in the early 2000s with diss tracks, public confrontations and allegations of physical attacks on both sides. Key flashpoints include diss records and several high-profile run-ins between members of their respective camps episodes that helped make the feud one of hip-hop’s most notorious.

Such a refreshing take on a common topic.
