Nollywood actress, Eniola Badmus, has denied allegations made against her by an X user who accused her of operating as a pimp within the Nigerian movie industry and political circles.
The X user, identified as @Femzydr1, alleged in a post on Thursday that the actress linked young women to top film directors, movie executives, and Nigerian politicians.
The user further claimed that she gained access to political networks through such connections and that several young women had been exploited through the alleged arrangement.
He wrote, “Popular Yoruba Actress Eniola Badmus is reportedly a private pimp in Nigeria and in the movie industry, linking young girls up with top directors, movie executives, and Nigerian politicians. She surely gained entry into the political scene through this network, and many young girls have been exploited & used for different purposes by politicians through her connections.”
Responding to the claims, the actress dismissed the allegation as false and described it as a deliberate attempt to gain attention.
She stated that the accusation was untrue and warned that authorities would intervene in the matter.
The actress also made it clear that she would not forgive what she described as a false accusation.
She tweeted, “This is the attention you’ve been craving for,so let’s get in to it….this is a false accusation and Authorities will step in…..Let it be known that we do not forgive in this zone.”
