Earlier today, Verydarkman (VDM), shared a post on social media in which he slammed Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke, for attending the APC campaign council, which was held in Abuja on Wednesday, October 14.
At the ceremony, Adeleke, who is a member of the Accord party, pledged his allegiance to the re-election of President Tinubu. In his speech, Adeleke said he already ‘’smells’’ Tinubu’s victory at the 2027 polls. He also mentioned that he will be leading the APC campaign for Tinubu’s re-eletion in Osun state.
VDM, in his analysis, said all the venom Davido spewed against Tinubu and the APC when his Uncle was battling for his re-election was all a lie. He read out Davido’s tweets in which he condemned the ruling party. In one of the tweets, Davido back then stated that he could never support APC. He wondered what Davido’s take on the ruling party is, considering the fact that his Uncle is now hobnobbing with the same politicians he condemned.
He accused Davido of never having the interest of Nigerians, particularly those from his homestate, Osun, at heart. He said it is only during elections that Davido remembers Osun state.
‘’You are a user. You are someone who uses your fans and your popularity to your advantage of yourself. I don’t want to see you put your mouth in election matters again’’
Many saw his post as one that might get Davido offended and it was surprising to see the singer like the post.
