A Nigerian police officer has publicly honoured popular cleric, Chukwuemeka Odumeje, with an Award of Excellence, describing him as a bold and influential spiritual leader.
Speaking during the presentation, the officer stated that the decision to recognise the prophet was reached after “careful consideration,” citing his impact both within Nigeria and on the international stage.
“After careful consideration, we decided to honour the prophet of our time, a seasoned preacher, nationally and internationally recognized, and one of the boldest and most fearless, Prophet Dr. Chukwuemeka Odumeje, with an Award of Excellence,” the officer said.
Odumeje, popularly known for his dramatic preaching style and large following, received the award in what appeared to be a ceremonial event attended by supporters and well-wishers.
