Controversial social media personality and activist, VeryDarkMan, has sparked reactions online after criticizing what he described as the inconsistency and opportunism of some political groups involved in recent protests and campaigns.
In a statement shared on social media, he recounted how a group of individuals had recently staged demonstrations under the banner of the ADC, claiming to advocate for electoral reform. According to him, the same group attempted to pressure him into publicly aligning with them, suggesting that refusal to participate would imply support for the APC.
VeryDarkMan said he declined to join the protest, insisting that the movement was political in nature rather than a genuine push for electoral reform. He further alleged that many of the same individuals have now shifted allegiance to another political platform, the NDC, within a short period.
He expressed disappointment over what he described as frequent political switching among activists, warning that such behavior could mislead supporters and damage credibility.
“Politics will turn you into an idiot,” he concluded, stressing his belief that inconsistency in political affiliation undermines the integrity of civic engagement.
