Singer Paul Okoye, popularly known as Rudeboy, reacts to the death of former Defence spokesperson in bandits’ captivity.
Earlier, Akelicious reported that former Director of Defence Information, Major-General Rabe Abubakar (Rtd), has been confirmed dead while in the custody of bandits after weeks in captivity.
The Katsina State Government confirmed his demise in a statement released.
The retired Major-General was travelling to Katsina on Saturday, May 30, 2026, alongside his wife, Amina Abubakar, and their driver, Abdullahi Sa’idu, when their vehicle was ambushed along the Marabar Musawa–Kafinsoli Road in Matazu Local Government Area.
