Former Vice President H.E Atiku Abubakar joined other Muslim faithful on Thursday at the National Mosque in Abuja for the funeral prayers (Jana’iza) of the late Professor Jibril Aminu.
Professor Aminu, a distinguished elder statesman, medical scholar, and former Minister of Education and Petroleum, passed away earlier this week. His contributions to Nigeria’s academic and political landscape were widely recognized.
Dignitaries, family members, and sympathizers gathered to pay their last respects at the solemn ceremony.
