Nigerian football freestyler, Tonye Solomon, popularly known as ‘Ball Boy,’ is on course for a potential third Guinness World Records title after completing a remarkable 31.2-kilometre cycling challenge while balancing a football on his head.
Solomon completed the rain-soaked challenge in 2 hours, 11 minutes and 25 seconds in Bayelsa State, showcasing remarkable balance, concentration and endurance throughout the journey.
Despite the wet and challenging road conditions, the football freestyler successfully cycled the entire distance with the ball balanced on his head without dropping it.
Supporters and vehicles followed the attempt as Solomon made his way through the roads, cheering him on during the record bid.
The latest feat is part of Solomon’s continued efforts to set and break Guinness World Records, having previously achieved two records for his football-related skills.
If officially verified and approved by Guinness World Records, the 31.2km cycling feat could earn ‘Ball Boy’ his third Guinness World Records title and further establish him as one of Nigeria’s prominent football freestylers.
