No Opposition In Kogi State, PDP Is Dead — Sen. Smart Adeyemi And Speaker Mathew Kolawole Declares
PDP died of natural death, the Moment Governor Yahaya Adoza Bello Assume Office as an Executive Governor — Kogi LG Administrator, Hon. (Barr.) Muhammed Tanko Musa Osuku stated this at an event in Kabba Bunu LG where ADC members formally defected to All Progressives Congress, APC.
The Speaker Kogi State house of assembly, Rt. Hon. Mathew Kolawole and Sen. Smart Adeyemi who double as Director General Bello/Onoja campaign 2019 was also in Kabba, the LG headquarter to receive ADC leaders who recently decamped from the opposition party to the ruling APC.
According to the APC leaders
“There is no PDP in Kogi State again; PDP is death since, Gov. Bello came on board, his Administration successfully brought together all Kogi State People from 21 LGC as one APC family”.
“APC is running a government in the state where developments are made practical and people-oriented. Hence people of the state have resolved not to remain in any other party apart from APC, we are receiving the few ones that are still left in ADC and those in other parties.
Those who grace the occasion include; Speaker KSHA, Hon. Mathew Kolawole, Sen. Smart Adeyemi, immediate past house of representatives for Lokoja/Koto, Alhaji Haruna, 7 LG Chairmen from western senatorial district included Kogi and Lokoja while include, Eastern Zonal Chairman, Hon. Ahmed Attah, DG Lokoja LG for Bello/Onoja campaign, Hon. Fancy Tiamiyu Jimoh, Hon. Duro Meseko party leaders across Kogi west among other.
