Bello El-Rufai, the eldest son of Nasir El-Rufai, the former Governor of Kaduna State, has expressed displeasure over the rift between his father and the Governor of Kaduna State, Uba Sani, stating that he is not in the position to intervene and reconcile both men.
Bello, who is a member of the House of Representatives, representing Kaduna North Federal Constituency, also said it wasn’t a bad thing to investigate El-Rufa’i’s government by Sani’s administration, so far it was done with clear intention and not targeted to humiliate anyone based on any perceived acrimony.
Speaking during a programme on BBC Hausa, the federal lawmaker said he was not happy seeing his father and Governor Sani at odds, particularly given the place they held in his life.
“It is not a bad thing to investigate but it should be done with clear intention and not to humiliate anyone or because someone has offended you. But if you are doing it for selfish reasons, Allah will judge. Allah will forgive your frailties, but will not overlook the harm you inflict on someone,” he said.
Bello also attributed the fallout to inevitable vicissitudes of life, noting that “marriages sometimes break, friends can cut ties. But it is important to maintain and preserve the ties, no matter what “.

It’s a good development to check and balance out the discrepancy of El’ rufa’i ‘s administration
