Justice Ashi had nullified the Anambra south senatorial primary election. Chief Ukachukwu in a surprise twist secretly went to the same court he described its judgement as a kangaroo.

He was at the court seeking an injunction but the Court refused to grant interim orders, saying it has no jurisdiction to do so now until all the processes are before the court.

The Case was adjourned to 3rd January 2019 for the defendant lawyer to file his responses.
Akelicious gathered that Ukachukwu wanted to use a vacation judge to get an injunction but with the refusal to grant him his request. The case will certain go back to the trial Judge. The same Justice Ashi whom he earlier described his judgement as kangaroo.
Those gathering for meetings under the Ikukuoma 2019 campaign organization should understand that Ukachukwu is not a candidate in this election until a higher court rules otherwise.
Why will Ukachukwu remain in a court he claimed had no jurisdiction and described its judgement as kangaroo instead of appealing against the judgement at the Appeal Court?
