Breaking: Gov. Bello appoints new Personal Assistant, sacks security aide

Governor Alhaji Yahaya Bello of Kogi State has approved the appointments of Mohmoh Abdul Lasis as Personal Assistant to replace the deceased Hon. Suleiman Abdulateef Adinoyi.

The appointment was announced this evening by the Secretary to the State Government, Dr Mrs Folashade Ayoade Arike.

The statement also announced the removal of Ariyo Adebayo as the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Security in charge of Kabba Bunu Local Government Area.

Ariyo is to be replaced by Olorunleke Moses, whom, before this announcement was the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Political Matters, Kabba /IjumuFederal Constituency. Moses was also the immediate past administrator of Kabba/Bunu Local Government.

Adeyemi Olabode John is to take over as the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Political Matters, Kabba/Ijumu Federal Constituency.

The statement states that all appointments takes immediate effect.
