Eid-el-Kabir: Ugwuanyi Felicitates With Muslims, Calls for National Unity and Peace

Former Governor of Enugu State, Rt. Hon. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, has extended warm felicitations to Muslim faithful across Nigeria on the occasion of the Eid-el-Kabir celebration, calling for renewed dedication to national peace, unity, and progress.

In a heartfelt Sallah message, Ugwuanyi expressed his best wishes to all Nigerians, praying for God’s boundless grace, favour, and blessings to rest upon the nation. He noted that Eid-el-Kabir, a festival rooted in love and sacrifice, symbolizes values essential for the country’s advancement.

“This solemn festival, anchored on love and sacrifice, comes with the peace, unity, and fulfillment which our nation dearly needs to forge ahead,” the former governor stated.

He further prayed for God’s protection, unceasing goodness, and mercy upon Nigerians in both their personal and collective endeavours. “May we all be living testimonies to God’s blessings and have every reason to continue to thank God,” he added.

Ugwuanyi urged Muslims and all Nigerians to use the festive season as an opportunity to re-dedicate themselves to God and to continue praying fervently for the security and development of the country.

He concluded by wishing the Muslim faithful a pleasant, joyful, and safe Eid-el-Kabir celebration, emphasizing the importance of unity and shared purpose in building a stronger nation.
