Enugu Governor Orders Demolition of Native Doctor's House

In a decisive move against criminal activities, Governor Peter Mbah of Enugu State has ordered the immediate demolition of a residence in Ezeagu allegedly linked to a notorious native doctor known as Ezeani. The property is said to have been used as a site for kidnapping, ritual killings, and the disposal of victims’ bodies in a nearby soakaway pit.

The demolition is part of the Enugu State Government’s broader initiative to eradicate criminal hideouts and restore public safety. Earlier, the government had demolished properties in Amabor Owelli and Nkwubor Layout, which were reportedly used for illicit activities, including housing a tunnel with a cache of arms and ammunition .
