Residents of Doma Tafoki Ward in Faskari Local Government Area of Katsina State on Tuesday held funeral prayers for victims of a deadly bandit attack that occurred in the community on Wednesday.
Community members gathered to pay their last respects to the deceased, who were described by locals as innocent civilians killed during the attack by armed bandits.
Speaking at the prayer ground, community leaders and clerics offered prayers for the repose of the souls of the victims, asking Almighty Allah to grant them mercy and accept them as martyrs.
