It is becoming clear day by day the person and the type of leadership Gov. Hope Uzodimma represents. Just like a golden fish that has no place to hide, the antecedents and the goodwill of Gov. Hope Uzodimma will continue to precede him and place him above his equals.
It was last week that the duo of Vice President Yemi Osibanjo and the Senate President, Ahmed Lawan made their revelations about Gov. Hope Uzodimma known to Nigerians and while Nigerians are grasping with the revealed truth, President of the Ohaneze Ndi Igbo Worldwide, Prof. George Obiozor has described Gov. Hope Uzodimma as a child of divine intervention. This is the truth and very glaring for all to see.
The state of Imo state before the advent of Gov. Hope Uzodimma no doubt leaves every true imolite and lover of good governance in a state of despair as nothing was working in the state. Imo state was gradually drowning and been shut out of every socio-economic cum political activities not to mention the meager resources that was looted and state properties converted for personal use. All these existed side by side until the shared prosperity government of Gov. Hope Uzodimma was birthed.
Those who had followed events in state prior to 2019 general election and the election proper can attest that everything about Gov. Hope Uzodimma is divinely ordained starting from the primaries, general election and the Supreme court ruling. So, Prof. Obiozor may not be wrong with his proclamation and declaration as well.
Today, imo is wearing a new look in all ramifications ranging from the economy, infrastructure, road construction, empowerment, industrialization, payment of salaries and pensions, security, health, Education amongst many other things and so it is not out of place to agree on the above affirmation that Gov. Hope Uzodimma is indeed a child of divine intervention.
Indeed we are not surprised as more revelations will be made known to ndi imo as how blessed they’re to have a leader like Gov. Hope Uzodimma whose intentions are sincere and very committed in bringing good governance to the state.
