Edo state governor Monday Okpebholo has charged the joint security team tackling the upsurge in kidnapping and other criminal vices in the state to be professional.
The governor gave the charge when he received security personnel comprising the Nigerian Army, Police, NSCDC as well as local vigilante groups in Edo Central.
According to the governor, the duty of the joint security team is to restore peace in Edo Central where cases of kidnapping is on the rise.
