A man who owned and drove a commercial bus has reportedly been murdered by a man and a woman who hired his vehicle for a charter trip from Enugu State to Ideato in Imo State.
The suspects allegedly lured the driver into their house, where they murdered him before taking his bus. The woman involved in the incident was identified as Precious Unoma.
Security operatives reportedly apprehended the alleged perpetrators following the incident.
Members of the public have been urged to share the information widely to help the victim’s relatives identify the recovered bus through its registration number. His family members have also been advised to visit the Ideato Police Station to identify the vehicle and obtain further information about the incident.
