Mbaise Nation has celebrated Mrs Ibeh Fidelia, the Action People’s Party (APP) Woman Leader in Ahiazu Mbaise Local Government Area of Imo State, as she marks her 68th birthday.
Fidelia, a retired principal who served under the Imo State Secondary Education Management Board, was described as a dedicated educationist, a committed political leader and a mother whose contributions to her family and community have earned her recognition.
In a birthday tribute signed by her son, Comrade Ibeh C., a media consultant, security expert and Chief Executive Officer of MGIntelligence Limited, she was celebrated for her years of service in education and politics.
The tribute highlighted her political journey, including her previous role as a state ex-official of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), representing Ahiazu Mbaise, and her current position as APP Woman Leader in Ahiazu Mbaise LGA.
Celebrates Her Achievements as a Mother
The statement also celebrated Mrs Ibeh’s achievements in raising eight children, comprising six boys and two girls, including two sets of twins.
According to the tribute, all eight children have graduated, with qualifications spanning Bachelor of Laws (LLB), Bachelor of Science (BSc), master’s degrees and PhDs.
The family hails from the Ibeh dynasty in Umunomo community, Ihitteafoukwu, in Ahiazu Mbaise Local Government Area of Imo State.
Recognises Family’s Political Contributions
The tribute further acknowledged the political contributions of her two sons, Comrade Ibeh C. and Barrister C.C. Ibeh, who were described as influential figures in their respective professional fields.
Comrade Ibeh is a media consultant and security expert, while Barrister C.C. Ibeh is an energy transactional attorney.
According to the statement, the duo worked across the 24 wards of their federal constituency to mobilise support for the member representing Ahiazu/Ezinihitte Federal Constituency during the 2018/2019 and 2022/2023 election cycles.
The statement also noted that the family opposed any attempt to secure a third term in the representation of the Ahiazu/Ezinihitte Mbaise Federal Constituency.
Offers Prayers for Long Life and Good Health
As Mrs Ibeh celebrates her 68th birthday, her son offered prayers for God’s continued protection, guidance, good health and long life for his mother.
He expressed hope that she would celebrate many more birthdays while continuing her political, community and personal engagements across Mbaise Nation, Imo State and Nigeria.
The tribute concluded with prayers for her to witness her 69th birthday in 2027, expressing gratitude for her life, family achievements and years of service.
Mrs Ibeh’s birthday celebration highlights her journey through education, motherhood and political participation in Ahiazu Mbaise, as family members and well-wishers celebrate another milestone in her life.
