“No One Has Monopoly of Madness” – Dele Momodu Fires Back at Wike’s ‘Boy’ Comment

Dele Momodu and Wike

Veteran journalist and publisher, Aare Dr. Dele Momodu, has responded fiercely after the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, reportedly referred to him as a “boy.”

In a strongly worded statement, Momodu did not mince words, taking a swipe at Wike’s character and leadership style.

“I can confirm that too much alcohol can do two things — dull the memory and get people emaciated,” Momodu began, throwing a veiled jab likely aimed at the former Rivers State Governor.

On the topic of elections and political relevance, he added, “There’s no difference between the man who wasted billions on seeking power and still lost and the one who spent nothing and got nothing. They are both losers.”

Momodu described Wike as “an uncouth and uncultured local champion called ‘money miss road’” and contrasted himself as “a decorous and refined global citizen surviving on contentment.”

“We thought we could be of help, but we failed because some souls are irredeemable,” he said, concluding with a scathing reminder: “No one has a monopoly of madness.”
