Presidential candidate, Peter Obi, has donated ₦10 million for the reconstruction of a school in Agulu, Anambra State, following a fire outbreak last year.
The donation is aimed at supporting the rebuilding of affected facilities and helping students return to a safer learning environment.
Obi said education remains one of the strongest tools for national development, stressing the need to protect schools and ensure that children are not denied learning opportunities because of emergencies.
The gesture has been praised by residents and stakeholders, who described it as timely support for the affected school community.
