
President Bola Tinubu, on Friday joined other Muslim faithful to observed jumaat prayers at the Lekki Central Mosque. The president who was accompanied by the National Security Adviser, Nuhu Ribadu, arrived at the Mosque to offers prayers to Allah and to pray for the security and development of Nigeria.
The Chief Imam of Lekki Central Mosque Sheikh Ridwanullah Jamiu who led the prayers also delivered sermon calling for peace and unity among Nigerians. Sheikh Jamiu also admonished the president to continue with renewed hope agenda which has so far laid solid foundation for the development of the country.
He asked the president not be distracted by the political sentiments raised against his administration but to continue to work harder to bring Nigeria out of its difficult state.
